Chamber Music at the Cathedral

Enjoy an autumn afternoon of great chamber music for flute and strings in Newcastle's beautiful Christ Church Cathedral. The program will include Mozart’s sunny Flute Quartet in D major and Beethoven’s magnificent Serenade Op.25 for flute, violin and viola. Also on the program are two charming trios by Haydn, plus popular favourites by Saint Saens and Massenet. The concert ends with Carolos Gardel's best-known tango “Por Una Cabeza”.
