The Binnie family have been operating in Australian Agriculture since 1835. Based in the Hunter Valley on 7,000 acres of prime cattle breeding country, they produce premium full-blood Wagyu beef known for its rich flavour and hearty fats. Binnie Beef is highly sought by top chefs worldwide.
