Bower House sleeps up to eight guests. The main bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite and the third bedroom has two king single beds. Two fold-away single beds are available and can be set up in the living room or in either of the two bedrooms for extra flexibility.

The property has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning for year-round comfort. There is a carport on the property, though the block is steep and parking in the carport takes some skill, and some guests may prefer free street parking. The house also has stairs and a steep driveway, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
