From an unexpected martini twist, to a powerful palette cleanser made from local liqueur, you'll enjoy spirits in new and unexpected ways. Wander the Barrel Hall and visit a variety of stations.

Pay as you taste around the room, enjoying the intersection of flavour between seafood and spirits at a pace that suits you. On the day you can catch up with some of Newcastle's oldest family brands, the Dawons and the Earps. Chat about your experiences and share what you're looking forward whilst raising a glass to their collaborative community during Newcastle Food Month.
