The Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) is a national platform for events, tourism and hospitality business listings.

In NSW it is free to list on ATDW.

The business listings are distributed to major websites such as visitnsw.com.au and Australia.com.au. More locally, City of Newcastle is also a distributor of ATDW data, meaning the visitnewcastle.com.au site and the Newcastle City App are populated with ATDW data.

ATDW is also used by the travel and media industry including for media and journalism, online travel agents and retailers and travel wholesalers.

There are many benefits to listing your business on ATDW including:

- It is FREE to list on ATDW and your listing only needs updating once a per year (you can also update it whenever required with new images, changed opening hours etc)

- Your ATDW listing automatically links to Google Maps and Google Business Listings. This means you only need to keep your ATDW listing up to date and the Google listings will auto-update.

- Your listing will be seen on several sites including visitnsw.com australia.com, visitnewcastle.com.au and the Newcastle City App.

- Easily update your listing with information such as opening hours, business description, contact details, images and more

Regardless of whether you are creating a new listing, updating an existing or trying to find your listing, we encourage you to contact the team at the Visitor Information Centre.

The team at the Visitor Information Centre can assist with your questions and help you set up your listing. They can do this over the phone, come to your business or at the Visitor Information Centre.
