Downstairs is a gorgeous open-plan living area with designer furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, cooktop, and oven. The studio is air-conditioned upstairs and downstairs for year-round comfort.

Upstairs, you'll find a luxurious king bed, plus a separate toilet and shower. The large bedroom opens to a private balcony with views over the 8th hole at Merewether Golf Course. There's also a spacious walk-in robe with a desk area and plenty of hanging space and room for suitcases.
