The Loft on Darby

The Loft on Darby, managed by The FAM Holiday Property Management Newcastle, is a light-filled one bedroom loft for two in the middle of Darby Street, Cooks Hill. Coffee, wine bars and dinner are all downstairs, the beaches are a short stroll, and the whole loft is yours.

The loft is set over one level with a private bedroom, a full bathroom and an open living and dining area that catches the afternoon light. The bedroom has a queen bed with quality linen, so you will sleep well after a long day out.

The kitchen is set up for more than toast, so you can cook properly if you feel like a night in, and there is a dedicated desk if you need to get some work done. Guests have access to the entire loft.

Parking. There is no dedicated space at the loft. Free street parking is available in the surrounding streets, and there is all day free parking near Nesca Park, about a five minute walk away.

The Delany Hotel sits across the road, and on Friday and Saturday nights you will hear it. Light sleepers should pack earplugs, or pick a midweek stay for a quieter one. The rest of the week Darby Street settles down early.
