Jackalope Block Party

Jackalope Block Party is a free community event designed to find raw talent and give an opportunity for the next generation of Skateboarders to stand out locally and win a trip to the next Jackalope festival in Virginia Beach, USA! While the Jackalope Events have been running in North America for some time, Newcastle, Australia is the first event outside North America.

Known for its electric atmosphere and world-class athletes, the event would be held directly on the beach and will include:

Skateboarding competitions in street & park with a prize pool of $10 000-$20 000 AUD.

This event is made possible thanks to funding from The City of Newcastle.
