The Most Wuthering Heights Day Ever - Newcastle

A sea of red dresses will descend into King Edward Park for the Most Wuthering Heights Day Ever!

The Newcastle edition of the annual worldwide event celebrates the iconic song by Kate Bush, with over 100 'Kates' recreating the ethereal dance routine from the music video. It is pure, unadulterated joy!

Bring your red dress, flower in your hair and an open heart full of whimsy to frolic in one of Newcastle's most beautiful parks, providing a perfect backdrop reminiscent of the wily, windy moors.

No experience necessary; you will learn the moves on the day, and there will be several rehearsal run-throughs before the official 'wuther'. Open to all and everyone, and every ability can join in; there is no wrong way to 'wuther'.

Donations will be collected on the day to support the local women's and children's refuge, Warlga Ngurra.
